In 2009, the company began to produce BT-150 series diamond tool grinder, BT-150E five axis CNC tool grinding machine and BT-560 tool inspection instrument, research and develop control system and application software of tool grinder. In 2016, the company established a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Demina Precision Machinery Co,' Ltd in Jing'an county, Jiangxi province , which is for machine equipment production and tool talented person training.

Five-Axis CNC Tool Grinding machine is equipped with special digital control system, based on Windows 7 tool grinding application software package, used for grinding and making the end edge and side edge of HSS and solid carbide drills, flat end mill, ball end mill, arc chamfer milling cutter(R).
Technical features and standard configuration:
1.It is made from cast iron base, the linear horizontal transverse axis (X), horizontal longitudinal axis (Y) and the workpiece rotation axis (A) are is installed on the bed of the frame.
2.The grinding wheel head and the vertical linear axis (Z)are installed on the rotation axis(B). They are all made from cast iron and installed on the machine bed.The rotation spindle is imported from abroad with high precision worm and gear. 3.All linear shafts are adopted imported precision ball screw and guide rail, to ensure high precision, high sensitivity and good durability.
4. The spindle DC motor power is 12KW; speed range: 1000 - 9000rpm. The spindle is equipped with two-way converter. Three different grinding wheels can be installed on the same flange of the grinding wheel main spindle.
5. The water retaining cover is made of 8 mm Lexan plastic, which is convenient for loading and unloading the cutting tools and internal lighting.
6. The working head is equipped by ISO40 standard, a diameter of 20 hydraulic expanding shank, can avoid grinding interference, hydraulic expansion chuck contains six high precision fixture. (Standard diameters 4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm, 16mm).
7. It contains a capacity of 50 liters of cooling oil tank, up to 15 L / min, and finally filtered to the 5 micron cooling tank.
